Dear Parents and Guardians,

November is one of the busiest months academically, and with only 19 school days remaining until final exams, consistent attendance is more important than ever. We are continuing our No Skip November initiative to remind students that being present each day sets them up for success as we approach the end of the semester.

Please note that Wednesday is a PLC Early Dismissal Day, and Thanksgiving Break will be November 26–28, 2025.

Congratulations to the CMXC team for placing in the Top 10 at IHSA State!
A huge shoutout to Max Weber for capturing 1st place and becoming Civic Memorial’s first-ever Cross Country State Champion! 🥇💜💛

Congratulations to the cast, crew, and directors for putting on an unforgettable performance that wowed the crowd all weekend!

🎮 Esports State Bound!
Mario Kart 8 Team: Greyson Piening, Nolyn Surovec, Cole Starks, Austin Nichols, Wyatt Nichols, and Sheldon Saboff will face Unity Christian High School (South Holland) in the first round. 🏎️
This team has delivered some intense, nail-biting races — best of luck as they compete at State!

Marvel Rivals Team: Austin Nichols, Brayden Highley, Graham Ralston, Grayson Piening, Liam Shain, Loren Shelton, Matthew Bull, and Sheldon Saboff will take on Intrinsic Schools (Chicago) in round one.

📵 Social Probation Update
Beginning today, students with three or more F’s will be placed on academic probation and required to lock up electronics.
Students will receive a one-week notice starting today.
