All unserved discipline (detentions, extended days, Friday night schools) must be served in order to attend the Homecoming Week assemblies.  Students who still have unserved discipline, from last year, will sit in the ISS room during the Color Day and Spirit Day assemblies.  Missing the assemblies will clear all unserved discipline from last year.
Homecoming Rules and Expectations:

October 2 & 3 (Monday and Tuesday) will be traditional days (2:44 dismissal).

October 4 & 5  (Wednesday and Thursday ) will be block days (1:52 dismissal).

Friday, October 6 - No School (Teacher Institute)

Ticket Sales

-  The last day to buy tickets is at the end of the 2nd lunch on Thursday, October 5, 2017.

Dance - Saturday, October 7, 2017

1)    Dancing should be appropriate and respectful, or music will be changed.

2)    Students must stay in their formal wear.  Girls are not allowed to change out of their formal dress and boys must keep  their shirt and tie on throughout the dance. 

3)    No bags are permitted into the dance.

4)    Students are not permitted to change at the dance. 

5)     Entry to dance will not be permitted after 8:30pm.

6)    Students who leave the dance will not be permitted to re-enter the dance.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

7)    When leaving the dance, students will exit through north hallway between Main Gym and New Gym.

8)    Parent pickup will be in the front circle.

9)    Party buses are not permitted on our campus/parking lot.  

10)  All vehicles must be removed from campus by 11:00 p.m.

Parade (Friday)

1)    Safety first!

2)    Gently toss candy to students on the street (underhanded).

3)    Do not throw candy at another student.

4)    The parade will leave the parking lot at 2:30 p.m.

5)    The parking lot must be cleared by 1:00 p.m.

6)    If the parade is canceled due to weather, it will not be rescheduled.  The floats will be displayed during the Homecoming Football Game.

7) Parade participants are asked to park on the north side of the parking lot.

Theme Days

Monday: 
Generations

-       All outfits/costumes should be school appropriate.

-       No full-face paint or masks.

-       Headgear must be removed in class.

Tuesday: Theme Day

-       All outfits/costumes should be school appropriate

-       No full-face paint or masks.

-       Headgear must be removed in class.

Wednesday: Color Day

-       Only the Commons and each class section of the gym will be decorated.

-       All outfits/costumes must be school appropriate.

-       Students may decorate commons on Tuesday from 6pm-8pm (no parents).

-       Decorations that are posted in areas other than the Commons will be removed.

-       If you are found with a marker, you will not be permitted to attend the Color Day’s assembly.

-       If you tear down any signs, you will not be permitted to attend the Color Day’s assembly.

-       Any discipline related to Color Days may result in you not attending the Color Day’s assembly.

-       Shirts must be appropriate.

-       No full-face paint or masks.

-       Headgear must be removed in class.

-       No confetti or glitter to be thrown.
       
Thursday: Spirit Day

-       Only the Commons will be decorated.

-       Decorations that are posted in areas other than the Commons will be removed.

-       Any discipline related to Spirit Day may result in you not attending the Spirit Day assembly.

-       Shirts must be appropriate.

-       No full-face paint or masks.

-       Headgear must be removed in class.
