Prom guest forms are available in the main office, and a copy is also attached to this email for your convenience. The deadline to return the completed permission form is Thursday, March 12, 2026.
If you plan to bring an underclassman as your guest, you must complete the guest form as well. Please note that freshmen and sophomores who attend Prom with a junior or senior will forfeit the opportunity to attend one of their own proms as an upperclassman. Students are permitted to attend a maximum of two proms during their high school career.
