CMHS Prom 2026 – Frequently Asked Questions
Who can attend Prom?
Prom is open to CMHS Juniors and Seniors. Students may bring one approved guest with a completed and approved Guest Permission Form.
Freshmen or Sophomores may attend only if invited as a guest. Please note that students may only attend two proms during their high school career. If a freshman or sophomore attends this year, they give up the opportunity to attend prom during their junior or senior year.
What is Prom?
Prom is a formal dance that requires formal attire, including formal dresses, suits, jackets, and/or ties. The evening will include a dinner hour followed by appropriate dancing.
When is Prom?
Saturday, April 18, 2026
5:30 PM – Doors Open
6:00 PM – Dinner Served
7:00–9:00 PM – Dancing
Where is Prom held?
Lewis & Clark Community College – Commons
How much are tickets?
Prom tickets are $38 per person. Tickets must be purchased online in advance through Ludus Ticketing. Ticket sales run from March 23 through April 5. https://cmhsprom.ludus.com/
How do I purchase a ticket?
Students will receive an access code during lunch if they meet all requirements. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. There is one order per code. If buying multiple tickets, you must complete multiple orders using different emails, phone numbers, and addresses. If you start an order and do not complete it, the code cannot be reused. If your purchase says “not supported,” your bank may require you to approve the transaction.
What are the requirements to attend Prom?
Students must have fewer than two F’s and must have all disciplinary consequences served. All school eligibility requirements must be met.
What is the deadline for Guest Forms?
Guest Forms are due by March 24 (after Spring Break). Guest forms are required for CMHS underclassmen guests or guests from another school. Forms must be approved by an administrator before you can purchase a guest ticket. https://drive.google.com/file/d/11EzfifR1xX0_17w2u6mzIgkRezhesDDA/view
Can I buy tickets before my guest form is approved?
No. Guest tickets cannot be purchased until the Guest Form has been completed and approved by an administrator.
What if my group wants to sit together?
If your group has eight people and wants to sit at the same table, full table ticket sales will be available March 23–25. During this time, only full tables can be purchased.
What do we need to buy a full table?
Your group must complete a Full Table Form before receiving ticket codes. The form must be fully completed, and all students must meet grade and discipline requirements. All guest forms must also be approved. One person from the group should bring the completed form to lunch to receive the ticket codes. Forms are available in the Main Office on the grey shelves at the front counter. If any member does not meet the requirements, codes will not be issued. No exceptions will be made.
When do open ticket sales begin?
Open ticket sales run from March 26 through April 5. Once open sales begin, anyone may purchase a seat at any table with open seats. This is why purchasing a full table early is an advantage.
Ticket Transfers
Students can not transfer their ticket to another student. e.g., student A decides they don’t want to go to Prom, so they want to transfer their ticket to student B.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
Can I change my seat after purchasing a ticket?
No. Once you select a table and purchase your ticket, seat changes cannot be made.
Are Prom and After Prom the same event?
No. Prom and After Prom are two separate events. Each requires separate tickets and forms.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO RESERVATIONS REQUIREMENTS BY LEWIS AND CLARK, NO TICKET SALES EXTENSIONS WILL BE MADE. April 5th is a hard deadline.
